What We Do
Workspace owns and manages approximately 4.3 million sq. ft. of sustainable business space at 73 locations in London and the South East. We are home to thousands of London’s brightest businesses, including fast-growing and established brands across a wide range of sectors.
Our purpose, to give businesses the freedom to grow, is based on the belief that in the right space, teams can achieve more. That in environments tailored to them, free from constraint and compromise, teams are best able to collaborate, build their culture and realise their potential together.
Our long-term vision is to be the first choice in London for its brightest businesses, people and investors. We will achieve this by scaling our portfolio and leveraging our unique operating platform. There is significant headroom in our market - with around 4,000 customers, we estimate that we have only a 3% share of the market. We will grow the business through strategic acquisitions and executing our pipeline of refurbishment projects, which will deliver more than 1m sq. ft. of new and upgraded space.
