This characterful building began life in the 19th Century as The London Leather, Hide and Wool Exchange and is now home to creative and innovative London businesses, with office space in Bermondsey to rent for teams of 2 to 300 people. The Leather Market has recently been given a refreshed look with phone booths, spruced up modern communal areas and an outdoor space with new sun-soaked pergolas.

The stunning ground floor communal area with on-site reception team has been recently renovated, with phone booths, snug new nooks and sun-soaked pergolas to catch up with your team or simply get away from your desk. Next door to the main site, the elegant Taper Studios wing has fabulous mezzanines and offers a more private space but with all the communal benefits of The Leather Market.

This unique Bermondsey-based property began life in the 19th Century as The London Leather, Hide and Wool Exchange.
