As a long-term owner of historic properties across the city, Workspace plays a key role in the employment-led regeneration of areas all over London. Our focus is on repurposing old buildings to create vibrant office space and bring employment into the area, while reducing their impact on the environment. We acknowledge there is a climate emergency and are committed to becoming a net zero carbon business by 2030, which we will achieve by driving down our own emissions and working collaboratively with our customers to do the same. We also take seriously our responsibility to positively impact local communities and support disadvantaged young people through a programme of inspiring events, careers workshops and work experience opportunities. These activities are driven forward by our fantastic people, who embody Workspace’s values, in particular ‘Show we care’.
