Fixed Term Maternity Cover - 9 Months 

We are recruiting for an Assistant Facilities Manager for our Wandsworth Cluster. You will be looking after the following buildings: Corinthian House, Parkhall Business Centre, Havelock Terrace, The Light Bulb and Morie Street. Our dedicated Facilities Team, keep our buildings in top condition and play a crucial part of our customer service offering.

Working closely with the Cluster Facilities Manager, you will be driven to achieve and maintain high standards of Facilities Management and Customer Care at our centres within your cluster. You’ll be looking after the building fabric, associated hard and soft services, site security and health & safety.

With naturally high standards and a positive can-do approach, you will tackle every task with care and ensure all customers have a high-quality experience within their Workspace property. You will focus on creating a clean, safe, thermally comfortable, and operationally excellent environment for our customers whilst also focusing on our Carbon Net-Zero pathway, all on budget and on schedule. 

What we need from you

  • Relevant previous Job experience
  • IOSH Qualification
  • NEBOSH, BIFM or mechanical/engineering qualification would be desirable
