about WORKSPace

Established in 1987, Workspace is an FTSE listed company with 60 properties across London. As the leading provider of flexible office spaces in the capital, we count over 3000 exciting, innovative businesses as our customers.

We are home to London’s brightest businesses, including established brands such as Citymapper, National Theatre, Papier, Hugo Boss, Just Eat, Sonos and Bella Freud and fast-growing, emerging SME’s like Bloom & Wild, Freddie’s Flowers, Gorillas, Getir, Astrid & Miyu and BullDog.

Workspace’s purpose is to give businesses the freedom to grow, because we believe in the right space, they can achieve more. We offer liberating spaces for businesses to shine - our unique portfolio of iconic London buildings provide a home for businesses to express their own identity and grow their own culture in their own space.

This strong sense of purpose has created an internal culture that puts people at the heart of the Workspace and places an emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service. Our dynamic and caring culture is driven by a clear set of values shared by our team.

OUR CURRENT VACANCIES

equal opportunities statement

We are an inclusive organisation where everyone is treated with respect and dignity, diversity is embraced and celebrated and there are equal opportunities for all employees. We value a diverse workforce that brings a welcome mix of skills, experience, and knowledge, ultimately enriching our business and contributing to our long-term success.

environmental, social and governance statement

As a long-term owner of historic properties across the city, Workspace plays a key role in the employment-led regeneration of areas all over London. Our focus is on repurposing old buildings to create vibrant office space and bring employment into the area, while reducing their impact on the environment. We acknowledge there is a climate emergency and are committed to becoming a net zero carbon business by 2030, which we will achieve by driving down our own emissions and working collaboratively with our customers to do the same. We also take seriously our responsibility to positively impact local communities and support disadvantaged young people through a programme of inspiring events, careers workshops and work experience opportunities. These activities are driven forward by our fantastic people, who embody Workspace’s values, in particular ‘Show we care’. Looking after our employees, our customers and our suppliers is a priority for the business and we work hard to ensure Workspace is a great place to work and a supportive landlord and partner.
