our mission

At Workspace, we're really serious about sustainability. We've rolled out initiatives to cut down our environmental impact and reduce our carbon footprint. This includes using less fossil fuel, ramping up our recycling efforts, and making upgrades to help us hit our net zero target faster.

Our approach centres around a three-pillar strategy designed to keep improving our environmental and social impact. We've aligned this strategy with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals, so we know we're on the right path compared to global standards.

We've got some of London's most iconic buildings in our portfolio, landmarks that are a big part of the city's heritage. When we refurbish these places, we make sure they meet our net zero commitments by cutting emissions and hitting our energy reduction targets.

We’ve got plenty of ideas for you to make the most of what you already have, save money on bills and even help your neighbours out with sharing the spare. It’s all about the power of circularity, reducing usage and avoiding waste - and everyone can make a difference.

Did you know that the energy wasted in London office buildings every year would power 65,000 homes? That's why we created the Big Energy Race - our initiative to tackle this issue. For one month, we ask our customers to switch off, unplug, turn down and generally be more energy aware, and the results are huge!
