  • How do I arrange catering?

    The details of the on-site café or restaurant will be on your confirmation email. Please call them directly to organise refreshments for your meeting.

  • What if I have trouble connecting to the WiFi?

    If you have any technical glitches throughout your meeting, please contact the Site Team. You will find their number on your confirmation email.

  • Is car parking available with the meeting rooms?

    Car parking is not available at the majority of our sites; please see our car parking information here, or contact the centre manager for more details (their contact number will be on the confirmation email you receive). At sites where car parking is available, charges may apply - please be aware of restrictions.
