If you're thinking about co-working, then it's as much about your hosts as it is about your fellow co-workers. We talk to Raissa who's most often found at Club Southbank.
Favourite part of London? The eclectic vibes of Shoreditch and Brick Lane. The sounds and smells represent the beauty of cosmopolitan London.
What's the first thing you do when you come in from work? Usually, it would be to head straight for a cup of delicious chai tea. However, that all changed this year. I took up the challenge to raise money for a wonderful charity, XLP (find out more), which Workspace is supporting this year.
So, on the 2nd of May, five of my colleagues and I flew to Morocco to climb the Atlas mountains. It was a challenge that involved walking for up to eight hours a day for four days to reach the summit... Yes, I know, craziness!! But I believe that XLP, which works to create positive futures for young people in London, is a worthy cause.
Best place to go out for a meal? There are so many amazing places all over London that I've discovered over the years, it would be impossible to mention just one.
If you love great food while savouring live jazz, then there's nowhere better than the Hideaway in Streatham. If the mood calls for African cuisine, then you have to try 805 Old Kent Road. Cigalon on Chancery Lane is a great place to meet up with friends for some chill-out time. Meejana London on Old Brompton Road is perfect for a Saturday evening, with its beautiful Lebanese food, and great service and ambience.
Your indispensable shop? I'm not loyal to any shop; I like to explore. All the shops around Portobello Road are exciting.
Favourite pub? The Wilmington on Rosebery Avenue is good for after-work drinks on a Friday.
Weekend routine? Such a thing doesn't really exist in my world as I'm a big believer in life’s adventures. So my routine is to make sure I have no routine from 5.30pm on Friday to 9am on Monday!
Best London secret? The Chislehurst Caves.
