In today’s 24/7 digital economy, connectivity is more than just a utility for London’s dynamic businesses, it’s a necessity. Ensuring connectivity is suitable for tomorrow’s customers as well as today’s is something Workspace is passionate about.

Our investment in business-grade connected services is constantly evolving, with three more existing business centres receiving significant tech upgrades this quarter, as well as the newly opened Record Hall in Hatton Garden being fitted out with our top spec when it comes to tech!

Workspace customers in three legacy business centres now have access to business-grade fibre broadband and telephony services, through our connected services partner, Excell.

Vestry Street, Spectrum House and Riverside have each had their connectivity upgraded, with customers across all three centres now able to experience speeds of up to 120Mbps to all of their connected devices. As part of The Workspace Advantage, we go the extra mile to provide super-fast, reliable connectivity that’s accessible throughout all Workspace buildings; keeping our customers connected wherever and however they wish to work.

Chris Boultwood, head of connected services, Workspace, said: "As part of our drive to improve the connectivity for Workspace customers across the board, we're investing heavily in futureproofing our legacy business centres as well as ensuring super-fast, reliable connectivity in our newest properties.

"It's important that successful businesses in all four corners of the capital get access to business-grade connectivity and our partnership with Excell Group continues to ensure our customers are wired differently in order to work the way they want."

The introduction of business-grade fibre connectivity at these business centres is designed to futureproof the needs of their customers, helping them to make their mark in the capital’s fast-paced business environment.

“This latest round of upgrades to our connected services takes the tally of ‘on net’ business centres across the Workspace portfolio to 39,” added Boultwood.

Meanwhile, all brand-new Workspace business centres benefit from super-fast connectivity from the word go. The Record Hall recently opened its doors to customers in Hatton Garden, providing 61,000 sq ft of office and studio space within a stone’s throw of Farringdon Station. The building benefits from reliable fibre optic broadband, unlimited data usage for customers and building-wide managed Wi-Fi on our Dot11 network, giving New and Growing Businesses the edge to work the way they want.

It’s easy to see that London’s forward-thinking businesses are better connected – better connected to interesting suppliers, clients and peers. Aside from super-fast, reliable tech, we ensure our customers are Super Connected in various other aspects of their work to accelerate their business development. From exclusive networking events to a host of additional perks that provide invaluable insight and remove potential growth barriers, Workspace customers get access to a connected network of like-minded, innovative professionals.
