Join Workspace for a deeply restorative and soulful hour of guided breathwork, body awareness, and meditation, led by Jamie Greenlaw-Meek, Director of The Wellness Foundry.
We’ll begin with gentle breathwork to centre the nervous system, followed by a calming body scan inspired by Yoga Nidra to release tension and invite stillness. The experience will close with a guided meditation to help you feel more present, balanced and connected.
This session is open to all levels and designed to support wellbeing in a simple, accessible way.
