There’s never a good time to relocate, but when it’s thrust upon you through no fault of your own, it’s the last thing you need. Many office operators lease space from landlords, then essentially sublet to small businesses. There’s no direct relationship with the landlord, which can put the business at risk of losing its home if the landlord decides to sell up or make changes that involve removing tenants.

1. Source an office nearby - this shortens the move time,  focuses your office search and keeps the disruption to a minimum for your team.

2. Look for a space provider who has the experience and expertise to help you move seamlessly. We can guide you through the move-in process and make sure it all goes to plan. 

3. Find a provider who’s able to offer, negotiate and close a contract with you quickly. Our sales team will anticipate your needs, and guide you through the process. 

4. Insist on a flexible contract. The last thing you want is to be rushed into a new office only to find it wasn’t the right one for you. Our flexible contracts allow you to move in for as little as a month, so you can get a feel for the place.
