Bedrock HR is an HR consultancy that works with businesses at all stages, typically with between 5-50 employees, to provide a cost-effective outsourced HR solution. It was founded in 2013 by David Mellard a pay specialist with over twenty years' experience in HR. His work in mediation and dispute resolution led him to the realisation that every company, regardless of its size, needs good people management but that many smaller organisations neglect to build a HR foundation until something goes wrong.
