REFER YOUR FRIEND TO WORKSPACE IN 5 SIMPLE STEPS

If you know someone who needs a new space, refer them and you’ll each receive money off your rent or a John Lewis voucher when they take space with us on your recommendation. It doesn't matter whether you own the company or are a member of staff; you choose the reward that best suits you. The new customer gets the same choice, so everyone's a winner. 

All you need to do to claim is:

Step 1
Tell your friends about Workspace

Earn £1,000 for each referral, or if they’re looking for a space over 3,000 sq ft, invite them between 1 May and 30 June 2025 and you get £5,000.

Step 2
Make sure they mention your name

This must be mentioned when they first enquire, either over the phone, via email or walk-in.

 

Office space to rent at Barley Mow Centre, 10 Barley Mow Passage, Chiswick, London, unit BM2C.01, 729 sq ft (67 sq m).
Step 3
Your friend chooses their new space

This must be rental of their own unit and does not include team room or meeting room bookings.

For units over 3,000 sq ft, an occupation agreement must be completed by 30 June 2025 to receive the £5,000 reward.

They can then begin enjoying the same great benefits of being a Workspace customer.

Step 4
Choose your reward

Once your friend has moved into their space, you can choose money off your rent or a John Lewis voucher, to the value of £1,000 for units under 3,000 sq ft or £5,000 for large units (over 3,000 sq ft) during our limited time offer.

Just let your Centre Manager know, and this will be awarded 3 months after their move in date.

Step 5
Keep referring and earn more

You can continue to recommend as many friends as you like and receive an additional £1,000 each time, or £5,000 for each space over 3,000 sq ft before the end of 30 June 2025.

Terms and conditions

  • To be eligible for the ‘standard’ referral reward (a John Lewis gift card or rental credit to the value of £1,000), the referee must state the referral in the first contact with Workspace Group. Referrals cannot be made retrospectively.
  • To be eligible for the limited time ‘large space’ referral reward (a John Lewis gift card or rental credit to the value of £5,000 for the referee or £1,000 for the referred customer), the referred customer must state the referral in the first contact with Workspace Group and complete an occupation agreement for a unit over 3,000 sq.ft. on or before 30 June 2025.
  • The referred customer is only eligible for the £1,000 referral reward if they are not participating in any other offer or promotion offered by Workspace.
  • The referral fee (for both the referrer and referred customer) will return to £1,000 for any hold fees placed or occupation agreements (for any size unit) completed on or after 1 July 2025.
  • The initial enquiry and viewing must go directly through Workspace Group and not be made through any third party, agency or brokerage.
  • The organisation to be referred must not have had any previous contact with Workspace Group.
  • This offer does not include short-term lets (team rooms) or meeting room space and is exclusive to the rental of units in a Workspace property. 
  • Sister companies, company entities and companies with shared directors or any overlap in the management team may not apply and are not eligible for this offer.
  • The reward will be issued three months after the referee has begun occupation of the unit, provided that the referee is still a Workspace customer and not in arrears.
  • Submission of a referral or any contact with Workspace Group about the referral scheme indicates acceptance of the Workspace website terms and conditions and that any contact details will be used in accordance of the privacy policy.  
  • The reward is as stated on this webpage and is not redeemable for cash.
  • Workspace reserves the right to revoke the referral scheme and/or to update the terms and conditions at any time.
  • Final qualification for the scheme is at the Centre Managers' discretion.
