Michalis Michael is the founder and CEO of DigitalMR: a next generation market research tech company with focus on using Artificial Intelligence for Customer Insights. His particular expertise entails Social Media Research, Big Data Analytics, and Customer Advocacy. Primarily focusing on digital research, Michalis has worked with numerous blue chip multinational corporations at headquarters, regional, and local country levels, including Procter & Gamble, Nestle, Coca Cola, Tesco, Saxo Bank, Nielsen, and TNS. Michalis has extensive experience in the FMCG, Retail, Financial Services, Healthcare, Telecoms, and Automotive industries.

An aerospace engineer by academic background, Michalis has been in marketing research consulting since 1991 when he started his career working in Cyprus and Saudi Arabia. He has lived and worked in numerous countries since then including Poland, the USA, and the UK. He received his business training through courses at Harvard Business School and London Business School. Michalis frequently participates in and presents at various industry conferences globally.
