Join us for another free 60-minute yoga session from Workspace Kennington Park's very own in house Yogi Monica from IngeniuM in Movement.
Whether you are already practicing, or brand new to yoga, this session is designed to create a space for you to reconnect yourself and improve your general health, whilst having a laugh; generating a calmer, more mindful and positive daily outlook.
