Keep up those New Years Resolutions with a free 60-minute yoga sessions from Workspace Kennington Park's very own in-house Yogi Monica from Ingenium in Movement.
Whether you are already practicing, or brand new to yoga, this session is designed to create a space for you to reconnect yourself and improve your general health, whilst having a laugh; generating a calmer, more mindful and positive daily outlook.
