Chair – Leanne Spencer, CEO of Bodyshot Performance*

Panel Member – John Grumitt, Vice President of Diabetes UK and CEO of Changing Health, John is also a Senior Advisor to NHS England.
John Grumitt is Vice President of Diabetes UK and was Vice President of the International Diabetes Federation (2010-2016). He is also trustee of C3 Collaborating for Health and a senior advisor to NHS England and a range of health stakeholders. Living with Type 1 diabetes for many years, John leads a highly active lifestyle embarking on numerous endurance challenges. He has built a number of consumer centric businesses across Europe and is a Chartered Accountant.
Panel Member – James Routledge, Co-Founder of Sanctus – Building the Nike of Mental Fitness
“James started a tech business with friends at University aged 20, went onto 2 accelerator programs (Ignite and Seedcamp), raised $1m in Angel/VC money and grew his team and product to relative scale. At peak, the suite of mobile/web products were used by 130 websites, generating over 50m monthly pageviews and $10k in monthly recurring online advertising revenue.”*
In the process of building his business, raising investment and subsequently dealing with its failure. James lost sight of who he was. He was burnt out, suffered with anxiety and had regular panic attacks. He pushed himself to the limit for 3 years working on something he wasn't truly passionate about and lived his life as someone else in his quest to impress others.
James and George created Sanctus, a brand that they wish had existed for them and for millions of others. A brand that aims to transform perceptions around mental health and help people become the best version of themselves. They do this through coaching, community events and working with businesses where they create the environment for people to openly talk about Mental Health.
Panel Member – Alyssia White, Dancer & VOGA Instructor at the House of VOGA.
Voga is a dynamic fusion of yoga and 'vogueing', the latter originating as a highly stylised dance form in 80s New York on the drag ballroom scene.
“Creating my company around alternative fitness, I realised that there’s a huge interest, expansion and opportunity in this area,” House Of Voga founder Juliet Murrell told Welltodo*.
“With more and more ways for people to get lost in technology and work, taking time for yourself to exercise and look after yourself is becoming increasingly important,” she added.
What to expect?
The insight events combine an interesting mix of ‘live’ case studies of senior directors from companies who have encountered a relevant challenge, together with Q&A with industry experts.
Our insight events focus on what you can learn and how it might impact you or your business. We don’t spend that much time talking at attendees and we build in plenty of opportunities for attendees to question case study subjects.
