Club Workspace is working in partnership with the West London Mental Health NHS Trust to bring you a 5 week course teaching methods to help you take control of your stress. 

Stress is a very common problem that can impact our daily life, health and wellbeing. Stress Control is a five week evening course that aims to help you better understand stress as well as learn strategies including meditation to become your own therapist in tackling your difficulties.

Sessions will take place between 18:00-19:30 on the following series of dates and each session is in a lecture-style format. Everyone is welcome, and we look forward to seeing you.
