A former nightclub turned into chic office space near Portobello, West London

This legendary London venue and former recording studio has been reborn as a state-of-the-art studio, workshop and office space near Westbourne Park, right by Portobello and Notting Hill and under the famous Westway.

Enjoy chic, minimalist style, with a large stylishly designed atrium and lounge spaces with an airy and open warehouse feel. Our communal areas have been designed where businesses can connect, collaborate, and grow.
The excellent Acklam 242 Café, a repurposed shipping container, serves breakfast and lunch, with freshly made and healthy salads, as well as hot food, juices, smoothies, and all-important barista -style coffee available.
Enjoy booth seating and cosy chairs and tables in the open plan cafe and communal space. Our industrial warehouse decor includes concrete floors and crittal windows as well as original graffiti from the Westway underpass in our comfortable unique meeting rooms.
Westbourne Studios is situated in a superb West London location right by Portobello and Notting Hill, with scenic Grand Union Canal and Westbourne Park station only a stone’s throw away. Located directly under the famous Westway, the building’s rooftop is actually part of the road.
