After a welcome cocktail, Gastronomy Guys will teach you and fellow Workspace neighbours the basic building blocks of flavour and balance when creating a cocktail. You will learn how to make two drinks and then be introduced to some fun and quirky garnish techniques and styles.
Finally, with your new found skills, team up with fellow attendees to create your own unique custom cocktail. Will you take yours shaken or stirred?
