One of the prized jewels in the East London crown, Hackney and Dalston’s beautiful Victorian architecture characterises much of the E8 district. With ample transport links into the commercial heart of the capital with Liverpool Street just 10 minutes from Hackney Central. It’s a great location for businesses wanting to remain detached from the real hustle and bustle of the City of London but close enough to network and carve your own niche.

New additions to East London’s railway network in recent years include Dalston Kingsland which provides frequent, fast trains to Stratford and Dalston Junction, which runs regular services across to New Cross and Crystal Palace south of the Thames.

A third of the London Borough of Hackney is made up of parks and open spaces - including London Fields - making it one of the greenest areas in the whole of London. That aside, the E8 district now boasts a friendly, diverse living and working culture, with Broadway Market a vibrant place to sample after office hours, along with the many popular gastro pubs and independent restaurants that line the streets.
