Flexible office space in Kilburn
With a raft of Edwardian and Victorian houses, a lively community full of welcoming cafes, pubs and restaurants and an impressive level of arts and cultural overtones, there is plenty going on in the district of Kilburn, just north of London’s inner city.
Kilburn as an area straddles the boundary between the boroughs of Brent and Camden, which runs along the middle of Kilburn High Road. This particular road is excellently served for railway connections with three different stations: Kilburn tube station on the Jubilee line, Brondesbury Overground station and Kilburn High Road Overground station.
In terms of cultural landmarks, Kilburn surprises many with its Art Deco Gaumont State Cinema and Tricycle Theatre reflecting the diverse local community, hosting a raft of social and educational programmes on-site. For an urban area, Kilburn’s Grange Park offers a reasonably-sized green space in which to relax and unwind after a busy day at the office. With its own tennis courts, children’s play area and a vast grassy area on which to sunbathe, it’s an area that’s been popular for generations.
