It doesn’t matter if you own the company or are a member of staff; you choose the reward that best suits you.
The new customer gets the same choice, so everyone is a winner. And there is no limit on the amount of referrals you can make.

This reward is being supplied through Clarion Wines Ltd, a Workspace customer at The Barley Mow Centre.
Here's how it works:
- When the prospective customer first contacts the Lettings Team, they must quote “Customer Reward Scheme” as how they heard of us, followed by your details. All this information will be entered on our database. If the person you are referring is not already on our database, you will be eligible for the reward.
- If all the details are accepted, an email will be sent to both parties with terms and conditions and a unique reference number for your records.
- Your reward will be made:
- If the prospective customer you referred becomes a Workspace customer within four months of their first contact with us.
- Once the prospective customer you referred has been a Workspace customer for more than three months.

The referral scheme is not open for leasing of storage space, car parking space or any other workspace under 100 sq ft.
