We are introducing more secure, faster out of hours access for our customers

Touch In uses biometric technology to deliver prompt access to the Centre by confirming your identity by fingerprint recognition.

In order to be valid for out of hours access we need your company administrator to set up profiles for all those that require out of hours access by the cut off date. To do this they must:

1 Sign in at My Account

2 In the company details pod, select manage contacts

3 Add each person that requires out of hours access

4 Each person will then receieve an email guiding them through the rest of the process
