Flexible office space in St James’s

St James’s is a lovely place in which to work. This relatively small cross-section of London, located between royal palaces and parliament, is receiving investment from the Crown Estate of £500 million to continue to protect this unique area.

There are a number of green spaces in which to spend time during breaks, and both Green Park and St James’s Park are located immediately outside the area, making them more than close enough for enjoying a post-work walk or lunchtime stroll.

There are multiple tube stops within easy reach of the St James’s area, with Piccadilly Circus, Charing Cross and Green Park all bordering, and Charing Cross Overground station also within walking distance. Slightly further out are Leicester Square and Embankment, from which it’s easy to access most of the London underground lines.

For employees and entertaining guests, there are a number of interesting sights within the area. Chief among them is the White Cube, the art gallery that represents both Damien Hirst and Tracey Emin. and for anyone looking to enjoy some shopping, Jermyn Street hosts a number of bespoke tailors and St James’s Street itself hosts some of the finest retailers in the city.
