Flexible office space in Paddington
For those working in the area there are a number of things to enjoy. Hyde Park is within easy walking distance, as are Madame Tussauds and the Sherlock Holmes Museum. It’s also possible to take a walk through Hyde Park to the Knightsbridge District to enjoy a bit of shopping. If your employees have a lunch break to kill, Paddington is a good place in which to do it!
To date over £5 billion has been invested in the area’s regeneration and this will continue on until 2018. The sheer scale of the project has completely transformed the region, with 13 individual sites being renovated. Paddington Station has been restored to its former glory, and multiple new flats have been created. The canal basin area has also enjoyed a complete re-creation. All this work has given the area a real buzz, attracting global brands such as Marks & Spencer, Vodafone, EE, Prudential, Nokia and Visa.
With the completion of Cross Rail in 2018 Paddington will see 24 trains per hour from the West End, the City and Canary Wharf. Paddington is also well served by a number of different tube stations, and the main railway station offers great access to the rest of the UK as well as a direct line to Heathrow airport. This is ideal for businesses that want to operate internationally as well as in the rest of the UK.
