Flexible office space in Mayfair

Traditionally, the district of Mayfair has been a centre of high-end retail and entertainment.  Savile Row, known throughout the world for its tailoring, and both new and old Bond Street – famous for the finest jewellery and antiques – are all based within the area.  Some of the oldest and most respected auction houses – Phillips and Sotheby’s – are also right here in Mayfair.

Transport links are good, with several tube stops scattered around the boundaries of the area.  Between them, Marble Arch, Bond Street, Oxford Circus, Piccadilly Circus, Green Park and Hyde Park Corner offer access to almost every area of the capital across their various lines.  A number of bus routes are also skirt much of the district, making it easy for any company to stay connected.  The sheer prestige of the area is also a great pull for attracting new clients and customers.

In terms of employees, Mayfair is a lovely place in which to work.  As well as the obvious opportunities for a bit of lunchtime shopping, the borough is also a neighbour of both Green and Hyde Park, offering the perfect opportunity to explore some of the capital’s finest green spaces after work or during a lunchtime hour.
