We’re looking for a Customer Engagement Project Lead (12-month fixed term contract). You’ll lead the strategic evolution of MyWorkspace, ensuring seamless feature development, testing and roll-out to generate actionable insights at every stage. You’ll also revolutionise our approach to customer communications and drive advocacy within Workspace. In this pivotal role, you'll strategically evolve our MyWorkspace platform, ensuring seamless feature development and impactful rollouts while continuously evaluating performance to enhance ROI.
Collaborating across teams, you'll refine customer communications, spearhead B2C engagement initiatives, and develop integrated plans alongside our Events and Community teams.
